To book an appointment online, please first register for an account with our customer portal. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required.

To simplify the intake process, we ask for pet information at the time of registration, including breed, vaccination history, and current veterinarian information.

In the portal, you can view your appointment history, update your pet’s vaccination records, manage your deposits, change your email and text notification preferences, and more.

When scheduling services in the Gingr portal, estimated prices can be viewed in the details of each service and appointment option. Knowing your pet’s height and weight, and having pictures of their coat and the desired style helps us to give more accurate ranges.
